Collect Association fees for the common expenses or other amounts levied by, or payable to, the Association.
Issue payments to third parties on behalf of the Association.
Solicit bids and negotiate contracts on behalf of the Association, with the Board Members.
Issue meeting notices and report on the affairs of the Association.
Attend and facilitate the Annual Election of Board Members.
Work in conjunction with maintenance personnel to ensure the maintenance and repair of the property.
In conjunction with the Board, hire and monitor service companies and oversee contractors as needed.
